Brewing Change on Campus with Social Bite: A Cup That Makes a Difference

We are thrilled to unveil our latest collaboration with Social Bite in the education sector. Social Bite is a remarkable charity and social business dedicated to ending homelessness by providing homes, jobs, food, and support to empower people to transform their lives. By choosing Social Bite coffee, your campus café not only serves a delicious brew but also supports an incredible cause. Let’s dive into why this partnership matters and how you can be part of this transformative movement.

Where It All Began

Our relationship with Social Bite started in 2023, supplying coffee and products to their sites across the UK. Inspired by Social Bite’s strong belief in the power of individual action to create positive change, and combined with our commitment to sustainability and social responsibility, we identified a collaborative partnership. Together, we are taking on the education sector!

Seeing the Change

Matthew Algie has had the privilege to visit the site where Social Bite is developing new houses, built using sustainable practices by BE-ST, a leader in sustainable building. It was inspiring to see the innovative designs that will soon house those in need. We’ve contributed by donating 1,000 cups of coffee to the Pay-It-Forward scheme and our team has volunteered in gardening and maintenance work at one of their villages. We’ve also donated welcome baskets filled with coffee, biscuits, and other essentials to help new residents settle into their homes.

Why Choose Social Bite?

The Social Bite coffee blend is triple-certified, cultivated in ways that conserve nature, protect biodiversity, and ensure better livelihoods for farmers. But the impact doesn’t stop there. Each cup sold on our campus directly contributes to providing meals, jobs, and homes for those experiencing homelessness. This isn’t just coffee; it’s a catalyst for change.
